Membership
The Association promotes community interests including road improvements, safety, River - tributary water quality and enjoyment of Hacienda Beach.
Membership Classifications
Residential/Social membership is for property owners or residents of homes in the Hacienda area as well as those who join us in the use of our beach.
Associate membership is for those adult relatives of members including adult children who are encouraged to join in support of the Associated.
The dues pay for liability insurance for the beach, security, taxes and such fees as are incurred. The dues are supplemented by several fundraisers during the summer.
Association Meeting are held on the Sundays of Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day weekend at 12:00 Noon at the appointed resident home. Please attend and make your voice heard.
Cost for Memberships
Resident/Social Membership is $200.00 per year
Associate Membership is $75.00 per year
